Our recently refurbished café-bar stretches the width of our impressive facade. Bright, airy and full of light and sophistication, our fully stocked bar and café features the best products from across Wales.

The space has large communal tables for co-working, a lounge area with comfy seating perfect for larger drinks receptions, and a cosy ‘cwtch’ for more intimate events like book clubs. We have a rolling programme of exhibitions featuring Welsh and Wales-based artists and the custom-made cushions were designed by local hand weaver Llio James. 

Ffwrnais has often been used for filming scenes such as airports, building entrances and hospitals and is great for post-show hospitality for awards ceremonies and conferences held in the Donald Gordon Theatre.
