It’s a party and you’re invited! Welcome to Bwthyn Sonig's first ever gig and club night.

Join us for a wide range of music from talented Welsh musicians who are part of Bwthyn Sonig.

Bands, solo acts, DJs, and headliners Electric Fire. Get ready to dance your socks off!

Also a quieter installation space for chilling out, right next door in Stiwdio Scratch, featuring art and music from Two Rhythms.  

Electric Fire

Electric Fire are Alicia (vocals), Ehima (drums, percussion and vocals), Sam (synths and vocals) and William (laptop, production and vocals). The band have evolved into an incredible live act, performing on stages from Hong Kong to Amsterdam, London to Paris. Instant classics and non-stop vibes, nothing can stop Electric Fire.

A new band collective featuring Michael Allcock, Nicole Bird, DJ Caberte, Teifi Emerald, Siân Fouladi, Tom Haycox, Simon Richards, Geraint Stewart-Davies and John Thomas

Bwthyn Sonig is Tŷ Cerdd’s partnership approach to working with and enabling learning-disabled music-creators – run in partnership with Canolfan Gerdd William Mathias (Caernarfon), Two Rhythms (Cardiff), Gig Buddies, and lead artists Teifi Emerald, John Thomas and Elin Taylor, plus Glasgow-based partner Sonic Bothy, and project managed by Rosey Brown.

Start time: 7.30pm, doors 6.30pm

Access

Cabaret has seats and standing space – let us know if you would like to reserve seats.

We will have ear defenders and sunglasses you can borrow, or ear plugs that you can keep.

There will be visuals and coloured lights.

We will have an installation art space for chilling out, featuring art and music from Two Rhythms artists.
